if you are under the age of 25 your clavicles are still growing many people don't know this but the clavicular growth plates are the last growth plates in the human body to close so how can we maximise our clavicular growth to get a better frame so when it comes to bone growth you want a diet that is rich in vitamin d Calcium and vitamin K some other helpful micronutrients to include are magnesium phosphorus and zinc so now that you have your nutrition dialed in you're maximizing bone growth through the nutritional route you also want to focus on building the relevant muscles that add to the illusion of a wider frame what you wanna do is focus on loading shoulder abduction to the best of your abilities so the two exercises that you have to be doing are overhead press with a full range of motion to get shoulder abduction and lateral raises you must track and progressively overload these don't listen to anybody who tells you the side delts are a small muscle that don't need a lot of weight to grow no lift as much as you can with good form obviously other than nutrition and training you can also go the enhanced route so what I would recommend to you if you are suspecting that your growth hormone is deficient is to go get your growth hormone checked if it is deficient you can get prescribed pharm grade human growth hormone which is ideal some other things to note are that um androgenic anabolic steroids are going to have a great impact on your frame because they disproportionately affect muscles of your upper body like your side delts your traps and your neck this is because the muscles of your upper body especially your deltoids your neck and your traps have a higher concentration of androgen receptors so if you take testosterone for example it's gonna grow your side delts much more than it is going to grow your calves
