FRAMEMAXXING GUIDE MEDIUM

Your frame is mainly influenced by:
  • Clavicle width
  • Shoulder width
  • Neck size
  • Traps
  • Waist size
  • Lats
  • Body fat
  • Posture
These all work together to create the illusion of a bigger frame.

CLAVICLES

Clavicles are one of the biggest genetic contributors to shoulder width.

Longer clavicles generally create a broader looking upper body because they increase the distance between the shoulder joints.

Shoulder width is not determined by clavicles alone. Rib cage width, scapular position, deltoid development and overall proportions also influence how broad someone appears.

This is why two people with similar clavicle lengths can still look very different.

DELTS

Delts are probably one of the biggest things you can improve naturally.
The lateral delt(side delt) is the main muscle responsible for making your shoulders look wider.
Even if your clavicles are average, well developed lateral delts can dramatically improve your shoulder to waist ratio.

Focus mainly on:
  • Lateral raises
  • Shoulder press
  • Upright rows
Stay consistent with this, theres no need for fucking 20kg laterals or sum bullshit.

LATS

Large lats are one of the biggest contributors to a good V-taper.
When your lats become wider, they create the illusion of a smaller waist and broader upper body, even if your bone structure hasn't changed.

Some of the best exercises

  • Pull-ups
  • Chin-ups
  • Lat pulldowns
  • Rows
A combination of both vertical and horizontal pulling movements usually gives the best overall back development.

TRAPS

Well developed traps add thickness to the upper body and improve the transition between the shoulders and neck.

While extremely overdeveloped traps aren't everyone's goal, balanced trap development can make the frame look much stronger.

Good exercises are
  • Shrugs
  • Farmer carries
  • Deadlifts
NECK

A slightly thicker neck can greatly improve overall proportions.
A thicker neck often makes the shoulders appear broader and gives the upper body a stronger and more masculine appearance.

Exercises include
  • Neck curls
  • Neck extensions
  • Side neck work
Don't rush neck training. The muscles recover well but proper form is obviously more important unless you wanna fuck it up.

WAIST

A smaller waist creates a stronger V taper and improves the illusion of shoulder width.

You can't spot reduce fat, but lowering your overall body fat can reduce waist size if you're carrying excess fat.
Many people also avoid excessively building the obliques if their only goal is maximizing the shoulder to waist ratio.

BODY FAT

Body fat has a much bigger impact on your appearance than most people realize.
Being leaner can make
  • Shoulders appear wider
  • Jawline sharper
  • Waist smaller
  • V taper much more noticeable
You don't need to be stage lean. For most people staying at a healthy body fat percentage(<15%) already provides most of the aesthetic benefits.

POSTURE

Good posture can instantly improve how broad you look.
Standing with your chest up shoulders in a natural position and avoiding excessive rounding of the upper back allows your frame to look much larger.

Poor posture can hide shoulder width and make your upper body appear narrower than it actually is.

LEGS

Many people ignore legs while framemaxxing.

Balanced leg development prevents the upper body from looking oversized compared to the lower body.
Strong quads, hamstrings and calves improve your overall physique.

HARDMAXXES

SHOULDER IMPLANTS

Shoulder implants increase the projection of the shoulders making the upper body appear broader.

Possible complications include
  • Infection
  • Implant shifting
  • Capsular contracture
  • Revision surgery
WAIST LIPOSUCTION

For people carrying excess fat around the waist, liposuction can permanently remove fat cells from that area.

A smaller waist can improve the shoulder to waist ratio and make the frame appear broader.

Possible complications include:
  • Irregular contours
  • Swelling
  • Scarring
  • Infection
CLAVICLE LENGTHENING

This is an extremely rare and highly invasive procedure.
It involves surgically lengthening the clavicles to permanently increase shoulder width.

Possible complications include:
  • Non-union
  • Nerve injury
  • Infection
  • Long recovery
  • Multiple surgeries
It is almost never performed purely for cosmetic reasons.

That's all I got for today before I pass the fuck out. Hopefully this one is better than my last thread.

Good luck.
