Stop focusing entirely on your zygos while walking around with the narrow shoulders and pencil neck of a 14-year-old. I’ve seen your "rate me" pics—your frame is the first thing people see from a distance, and right now, it's telling the world you’re invisible. If your skeleton is collapsed and your bidelt width is trash, your face won't save you. I’ve already solved this for myself; now I’m handing you the answers so you can stop embarrassing the community.

I. The Drug Stack: Androgens & Growth Protocols

Natural training has a ceiling that I hit years ago. If you want to force your frame to widen, you have to exploit the androgen receptors in your upper traps and delts. Testosterone is the base (300-500mg/week) to densify the look, this is why I look like I’m carved from granite while you look like you’re made of dough. If you are serious about "3D" delts, Trenbolone is the only compound that provides that grainy, wide look. For bone density and recovery, HGH is mandatory. At this point, muscle just appears on my body when I wake up. If you aren't pinning, you aren't serious.



II. Neck Girth (The Foundation)

A thin neck is a massive signal of low testosterone. You can have a high-tier face, but if it is sitting on a 14-inch neck, you look like a bobblehead. III. Clavicle Width & Shoulder Bed

Your clavicle length is mostly genetic, but most of you are making your frame look 2 inches narrower than it is because you spend all day hunched over a desk like a subhuman. Internal shoulder rotation is a massive failo. If your shoulders are rolled forward, your clavicles appear shorter and your chest looks sunken. I perform face pulls and wall angels daily to maintain my open, dominant posture. To add mass, spam lateral raises. You need capped delts to create the V-taper. Without the width, you are just another invisible normie in my shadow.




IV. Hardmaxxing: Surgical Frame Ascension

If you reached your genetic limit and you still look like a stick, you have to look at surgery. Clavicle Lengthening is the final boss. It involves an osteotomy and a distracted implant to literally widen your shoulder span by 1 to 2 inches. It is expensive and the recovery is brutal, but I’ve seen guys go from "invisible" to "elite" with this. Surgery is for the guys who have already maxed their chemistry and still are not satisfied. I personally don't need it, but some of you definitely do.




V. Spinal Realignment & Forward Head Posture

Forward head posture is an insane jawline killer. If your head sits 2 inches in front of your shoulders, your chin will sag, making you look recessed even if your mandible is decent. This is how 6s turn themselves into 4s. I perform chin tucks throughout the day to keep my skull perfectly aligned. This tightens the skin and reveals my actual jaw definition. Fix your posture or stay looking like a sub 5 gamer forever.




VI. The V-Taper Illusion (Waist-to-Shoulder Ratio)

The objective ratio is a wide shoulder to waist ratio. If you have a wide waist, your shoulders look narrow regardless of your bones. I need to stay sub 12% body fat year-round (especially in the summer) to keep my waist tight and my frame looking massive. Use Retatrutide if you do not have the willpower to stick to a diet, it will melt the visceral fat and shrink-wrap your midsection. Focus entirely on lats and side delts. This creates the illusion of a massive frame even if you weren't born with the bones of a chad like I was.





FINAL VERDICT
A MTN on a weak frame is a massive waste of potential. Fix your posture, grow your neck, blast the right stuff, and widen your shoulders. I’ve already done the work, now it’s your turn to try and keep up.
