I want to improve my Frame via Gym, what are the best exercises and what should i look out for?
 
I want to improve my Frame via Gym, what are the best exercises and what should i look out for?
I've also started to framemax and I have already seen differences, I mostly do Dumbell Lateral Raises and seated shoulder dumbell press. Make sure when you do Lateral Raises that you go with lower weight and just do as many as you can so you feel the burn. Not too low obviously.

If you want to improve you're frame you should target your lats, shoulders and chest, these muscles will help you obtain a v shaped torso which will give the illusion that you have a slim waist and a broad frame. Hope this helps!
