That's bullshit. Countries like Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Ireland, Finland never had colonies overseas yet are still flooded with 3rd world ethnics.
Also even within say a colonial power like Netherlands, the vast majority did not engage in colonialism and never profited in any way.
Also for example Netherlands never had Moroccan, Senegalese etc colonies yet many of those invade the Netherlands.
