Tyson is 1000 levels above Francis. Yes Francis can swing and hope for the best but Tyson is bringing elite speed/power/coordination and counter punching. In fact he wants Francis to swing first so he can counter the shit out of him. Francis has no head movement at all. Tyson will know exactly where Francis head will be after Francis throws. It would be a brutal owning.
