Most commonly done is 2-3 inches of height but if you get multiple procedures done up to 5 inches (13cm)

I’d say up to 6’1. 5’10 is still a solid height tho, just saying this because although LL isn’t as risky as people think it’s still a serious procedure. Up to you tho
