they get one lucky famous client and use that client to overcharge a bunch of other people, then get seen as a hollywood surgeon and top notch

actual "top notch surgeons" have literal boards of other surgeons that specifically vote on each individual surgery on whether or not the surgeon can operate

my friend said he had to wait 6 months before he got a confirmation to get rhinoplasty from this super well respected plastic surgeon in germany

months of meetings and xrays and board meetings
