Fraud for long nose

Is there any way i can fraud to make my nose appear shorter or is it over and i gotta start saving for a rhino ?

sure, but that would affect his nose tip/alars
if he thins the skin around his bone it would have an adverse affect and make the bone more prominent

...you do realise it thins the skin; even if that may be temporary, hydrocortisone use would only apply to his base, alars, etc. - therefore if the problem is the bone then he would need a rhino.
