I actually have the same features but the shadow makes my inner eye corner better and makes my eyes look much better and my infras also appear less cooked idk but that's what some people said

Just use skin coloured concealer to make the shadow less apparent it’s kinda tricky tho since it’s a structural issue not a pigmentation issue so idk how much concealer would work. And yes, fat grafting would certainly help and it’s the standard procedure to treat recessed infras
