I'll keep it short,

Red Undertones and a light healthy blood flow blush is important to have great health indicators and also to indicate arrousal (water)

So.. We're all aware of the importance of a nice healthy red undertone and blush but how do we achieve it easily, quickly, and most importantly cheaply?
Obviously MAKEUP,
Why is this the best way to do it? Because the mechanism of changing the carotenoid-axis ( inregards to skin colour/undertone) takes way too long to work.

(as a reminder to what the carotenoid-axis is)

SO WHAT MAKEUP DO WE DO?
We use a red lipstick (pink is also okay but can look gay), its IMPORTANT that it is a matte lipstick, no glitter ( WE DONT WANT SHINE OR GLITTER )
So something like this :

Lipstick usually costs anywhere from 5-15 bucks depending on the brand, and will last you a few months if used properly.

HOW DO YOU APPLY IT?

Just dab it ones on each red circle as shown in the image, so ones on both sides underneath the eye on the cheek, ones above each eyebrow and ones underneath the bottom lip in the crease inbetween the chin and lowerlip.

Ones youve applied the lipstick on those areas blend it in with your finger, blend it all into the surrounding tissue making sure its a seamless transition from the lipstick over into your natural skin colour. Be careful not too apply too much as it can quickly look gay, so apply SPARINGLY.

This method is very easy, very cheap, and very practical for things like reapplication etc, Good luck.
