clench jaw, get to as low bf % as possible (kind of a like a bodybuilder would for comp) slight squint without making you look retarded, flare lats, bring resistance bands to get a pump before pic (?), just do some lateral raises, band bicep curls and pushups, flex arms (?), bonesmash browridge so it swells a little bit (???????????)
