I just saw a vid of a guy () talking about how putting sunscreen all over your face expect under your cheekbones will give u ha hallow cheeks look. Could it actually work or is it just bullshit, also i didn’t really get where u shouldn’t apply the sunscreen. Maybe it’s a stupid post or maybe not, idk

I was messing around, just thought the title was funny

The first step is reaching a low body fat percentage so your actual skeletal structure can come through. Most people have never seen what their face truly looks like lean and it usually surprises them.

Once you're lean you can start enhancing what's there. Developing the masseter muscle through mastic gum or hard foods adds jaw definition that makes the hollow more pronounced. Proper tongue posture and mewing can also contribute over time especially in younger people. Good skincare matters too as firm hydrated skin sits tighter against the bone and makes features look sharper. Low sodium intake helps cut facial puffiness as well.

For photos and day to day you can use contouring and strategic lighting to bring the hollows out further. These aren't tricks they're just tools.

Surgery like buccal fat removal is a real option but should only be considered after exhausting everything else. Faces lose volume naturally with age so what looks good now can look gaunt later. Get lean first and you might not need it at all.
