Frauding hip size?

I have a perfect 30” waist even at bf% that is a little high, my hips however are 34” which is 4” wider. Ideally you want them to be the same so I’m seeing if anyone has ways to make them look smaller.

First thing that comes to mind is baggy high wasted pants, but having high pants looks kinda feminine so I’m not sure how that would work.

Not gonna change the bone mass, will make my waist smaller tho so it’s going to make the difference more noticeable

Wouldn’t I want to have a tighter top to highlight my small waist, my shoulders are technically “average” even tho they arent good. Highlighting my small waist with baggy pants to hide the hips should make them look similar in size no?

You need to create the opposite, wider top, and compared to the top, the hips will look smaller

Yea I think I should loose fat and gain muscle mass then worry, since that will hopefully make a good difference
