Why Fraud?
Women fraud all the time, in order to compete we'll need to fraud aswell.
Here's a constructed list of good frauds you can use
Height Frauding– if you're between 5'7 and 5'10 it's ideal, below might look weird if you fraud too much
Air Max 97 – NT Sneaker Shoe, Adds 1,6inch | 4cm
Platformer Boots – Non-NT/Appeal Emo/Goth/Kei Foids, high platforms go up to 3inch | 7.62cm
Shoe Lifts – Pretty standard, make sure it's unnoticeable else it's ovER, Fraud 4cm max.
Sock Lift– less noticable, can temporarily help if you suddenly have to take off shoes and don't wanna exposed yourself
Note– the insole of the lift should be black so it's less noticeable
Face Frauding
Online – Use Hypic or Photoshop to do Minor Morphing/Editing don't overdo else you'll look dumb.
In Person –
BB Cream – Must Have! (Find one that fit your exact skin tone) It'll give you porcelain clear and glowing skin, bye bye to acne and blemishes, conceals eyebags
Eyebrow Pencil – For my poor eyebrowcels out there that have thin eyebrows (can't relate) this is for you! you can get it at a store for cheap, it works decent enough
Eyebrow Dye & Eyelash Tinting - if you got very light brows just dye it darker. just choose a realistic colour and make sure it's slightly darker shade or same shade as the hair on your head/you can dye that aswell
Eyelash Curler – If your lashes are medium to long, this would be useful to give it that curl effect, also rely on Clear Mascara to give it that wet and glowing effect.

Natural Lift Extension
Nose Lifter– ehh
Contacts – not worth it imo, can be pulled off with realistic & expensive one
Norwood/Hair Fraud – This is for the Baldcels.
Realistic Hair Wig/System –
Expensive but it can work, Hair Systems would require you to go to hair salon every 4-6 weeks for them to clean & reattach.
Shoulder Pads–
temporary fraud for framecels, layering clothes is better imo. but if you can hide your pads I guess it's okay.
Temporary Tats – if you want to quickly nichemaxx without getting permanent ink done, you can get temporary tats that look real enough.
Stick On – Last 2 - 5 Days
Air Brush – 10 Days
Henna – 1 - 3 weeks
Custom – Up to 2 weeks
