should I lie and say i have more experience than I do to get higher pay for a Mcdonald's job. i heard that works:feelswat:

mc donalds dosent want over experienced workers they want someone easy to mold to their standars with low to none experience
its like a 30 year old milf looking to date an 18 year old khhv

Why always McDonald’s?
i don't want to have to be trained at a new job it's humiliating

and since i'm still in high school (no diploma yet) i can only go to entry level jobs anyway:forcedsmile:

that's true but they also like fast and efficient workers

I'm thinking if i fraud that i'm a good worker whose done it for years i can negotiate for like $17 an hour or smth, my current mcdonald's job is paying be $12.25 so im trying to get hired ANYWHERE else:feelswah:

Just do it bro it’s a grey area but the odds you get caught are relatively low just don’t snitch on yourself

they pay new hires/ inexperienced workers less bc they are less efficient

my manager discussed that w me she said oh we will start you at $12.25 and if ur good you'll go to $13:lul: so im thinking damn why didn't I just fraud to begin with

what the fuck hahahaha where is this from even? my old warehouse paid about $15–18 and i had no experience

New experiences are good, better for resume, getting future jobs.
You could try to find a role that will look good on college app
