Frauding sickness

I got a presentation tomorrow but i didnt do shit. I want to call out sick because of that but i need a doctors certificate so i dont get an F. The thing is they’ll probably check if im sick and i dont wanna risk being sent back without the certificate. I heard you can fraud sickness by taking tons of zinc on an empty stomach but im not sure about that. Does anyone have other suggestions?
