’ll start off by saying just because most of the heightmaxxing methods are cope doesn’t mean fraud maxing isn’t. Depending on how well this thread goes I will document my real heightmaxxing journey but I will mention that I’m still going through puberty and my plates are open. ALL OF THE METHODS USED MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU

Posture
you need to have the ideal posture in order to prevent major height drawbacks such as scoliosis. In most people's cases their head will be slanted downward at a 15° angle or even worse a 30° angle. As shown in the photo under
You could see the primary culprit of bad posture in the exact image. Which is your social devices. Now we can't just stop using technology as a whole due to work and connecting with others but with practice we could remember to become more conscious about our posture, similar to manually breathing. If you don't fix your posture you will be limiting your growth, it starts of small and gradually worsens when ignored. For instance look at these two people
The shoulders are inward , back is pushed back and the neck is at a 30° angle
The theory of wolf law claims that when more pressure is on an object, the more it starts to change. This logic applies for muscle growth, bone development, injuries and many more examples
The sock method
I came up with this method on a school night contemplating my height and if its really over for me. When stuffing your sock with another layer and wearing it with your shoes it makes you appear taller. What's so good about this is that it makes you appear taller in real time, it's not by a lot however, maybe an Inch but what makes it so efficient is that you could stack it with as much socks as possible just prepare to be uncomfortable when you walk for the best results have one sock placed where the bottom of your heel is and the next one where the head of your foot is. So in total you will be needing 3 socks add this to shoe lifts along with a change in your posture and you could gain up to +4 inches
Banded sleeping
okay, so for banded sleeping you need elastic straps. Could be found on Amazon once I finish this thread I will come back and link some products that are similar to the one I use. Out of all the methods I listed this one is the most dangerous since you could get tears in your muscles from stretching too hard so do this at your own risk.
Now once you get the two elastic straps put each end to the opposite side of your bed and maintain that position for as long as possible. As I previously mentioned I will make a documentation on my heightmaxxing journey and this method will be included.
This concludes my thread these are the only methods I know to make you appear taller without actually being taller (discluding banded sleeping that actually makes you grow) if all fails just geomaxx man most girls just want a guy thats taller than them not taller than other guys
