You can do it 2 ways
5-10 sessions of 5-10x10-15
This can be done in different ways.
1. Face yourself towards the wall, contacting your body with the wall,then try to touch points on the wall, Do each side for 5-10 seconds then do the other side trying to reach higher if you can
2. Repeat 1 but facing the other direction
3. Do both (1) and (2) in 2 different ways, kneeling and on tip toes for each.
Don't go too hard on yourself, if you go too hard you'll feel like quitting, enjoy it and gradually work your way up.
- Increase gradually to a few minutes
- You will feel pain in back for an hour, if pain lasts couple hours to a day take a break then continue doing It limiting to 20-30 seconds max

- Active hanging:-lift your torso and your back, keep your head straight and push it up
- Passive hanging, letting your body completely go
