+ jet black eyebrows and jet black lashes

+freckles appropriate for skin type.

+water pencil from pneumo guide to make eye color more bright

Even if you’re a somewhat average looking guy, coloring halos can make u stand out HARD. God bless

Make sure u use makeup freckles at first to see how many, what color and where is it best for you, before tatting it
