Freckles

How do I lighten / remove freckles. IMO they don’t look terrible as I’m not super pale but would be ideal if I could lighten them or limit them to just around my nose/ below eyes.

I use sunscreen everyday but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any quick fix?

How do retinoids remove freckles? I thought they were for acne
