i had chronic anemia for 4 years and it went as low as 4.6 (normal is 14 - 17) i went to doc, doc gave me injections of b12, about 13 injections, where i used to eat 1600 cals of food after i could consume 5000 cals no joke and didnt care how much protein and carbs it was.
started to get stretch marks around my spinal cord, lower back, and shoulders (yes my clavicles grew) better health, better colouring,
this works even if u are at like 8 - 9 i asked the doc he said it still stunts at that so yeah if u do have anemia or yk typical signs of low iron get that shit diagnosed,
and also someone pls clarify i had chronic anemia since 8th and now im a 12th dropout nearly 5 years im 17 rn do you think that my bone age is a bit behind, if yes then how much i js wanna know ive not grown a lot since 6 months
