Now I sound like a total geek for defending a game about a depressed dude with mental problems but it is the truth nonetheless so idc.

All the monsters which we face (story told from Simon's book pov) are representations of all the different traumas and worries which he has. Tagging it under 'incel game' just because he got rejected once is just unfair and doesnt make any sense as thats just an inflex point that explains the backstory of the main characters
