realistically anyone. the cheap packages I sell up to 150$ are mostly for individuals, but for 450 or more I can set up more complicated stuff (it does take time doe but you also get a free app of your choice made for you)

I setup everything related to OS(removing anything related to telemetry and bloating etc), than I set up everything related to networking(the basic vpn stuff, binding it to your torrent client, and other things,) than I start the process of separating your clean traffic (mails with coworkers etc) from the stuff you dont want seen.

After this I set up privacy SMS and DATA, privacy crypto based, non kyc credit cards etc.
I also have some fake identity shit but I wont go into detail.

My previous clients from what I remember mostly used linux distros, but nowadays I can also do stuff for windows (requested a bunch because a lot of apps dont work with linux or do poorly through emulation) Windows can be private if you remove a bunch of stuff from it.
