during my life ive been a chronic mouth breather leading to the symptoms we all know n hate but ive only recently tried to take action idk why but i try not to mouth breathe anymore and mew but its hard due to my asthma and extremely narrow palate as well as having a deviated septum now im waiting for my ENT appointment so idk what to say to get a septo on the NHS as ive done some research and im kinda elegible but also ige heard abt binax from other threads so idk can others share theyre similar experiences.
