Back in april she attempted to file a civil suit against clavicular for the exact same charges for $50,000 but it’s unclear if it was dropped in court or never persued. She is purely accusing clav for money to force a settlement.

Why do I think it will get dropped? Unironicly because her lawyer is a woman, I doubt she will do her due diligence to get any sort of conviction this is a publicity stunt to get money for a settlement. tldr; this isn’t a real case there will never be a conviction it’s simply to tarnish his name and reputation to force him into a CASH legal settlement for her and it’s evident by her fake lawyer.
