Also if you are 100% disciplined and can do anything you want with no limitations you're still not free since we are what we know, for instance a dog isn't free enough to know how to drive a car or play a piano, we as humans are only free to follow the set rules we have.

If we don't have freewill and all of our "decisions" are merely a continuation of particles interacting with eachother from the start of the big bang, that would mean our consciousness is just watching our lives transpire despite it having no influence on the choices we make.

Why would our consciousness exist if not to implement its will onto the world?
