Freqency of H2O2 (Hydrogen Peroxide) usage

I found a 45% H2O2 gel on ebay its 300$ for 100 3 mg syringes and its the only hydrogen peroxide gel i could find on ebay with a concetration of 30% or more and i am not entirely sure wether to buy it because in pneumos (my goat) thread about it he talked about that hydrogen peroxide can loose its effictiveness from time to time. And an other question i had is on how often i should repeat the treatment or if i should just eyeball it when i notice my theeth getting yellower. Hopefully somebody can help since this fuckass forum i lowkey in shambles
