Which is the ideal workout frequency for the phase "bulk your phisique", and then "mainting it"?
For example, is 3 days a week enough for the first phase, and 2 days a week for the last??
 
Push pull legs 5-6 times a week to bulk is ideal. To maintain all depend of what you have reached, maybe 3 times with an good physique
