now she eats goyslop, vapes, takes meds but rejects modernity in the sense of surgeries or naturalistic values such as my longer hair, saying im not her son.

eat more, ik uve heard it billions of times, but it the best thing to do man, try things like oil, protein shakes or penut butter. Milk is also a great way ( can drink milk with ice cream and stuff like that)

brutal , then u coud try eating a lot of cheese or beef. start eating just a tiny and tiny bit more every week/ day and they might just not notice for a while

but a classmate once told me about him being intimidated by girls making fun of him. i explained to him how others opinions are never going to be of any value and explained of how he truly stands above them and such.
