No his hips and waist are pretty much set in stone. He can look good if he builds his lateral muscles to fraud the v shaped taper

Yea thats true. Which is better his blocky body type or a person who has wide hips but small waist? Ive seen people who have like a hourglass shape

For actual strength as well as childbirth (jfl), his. Hourglass is for ideal female. But male aesthetics wise, you usually want waist and hips the same. What he needs is more shoulder/ clavicle widening
