Friend opened Reta vial seal, is he cooked?

I bought reta for my friend who tryna get into peps,

after telling him how to do everything I see him peel off the crimp and take out the rubber stopper on his reta to add the bac,

Luckily I noticed instantly it was probably off for about 2 seconds in an air conditioned room.

Google says the peptide won’t be sterile etc and is unsafe to pin but I am not getting a whole another vial, that shi is expensive.

Do I take the L or just pin?
