you look like a very normal boy i would say just enjoy life tbh you look a lot like my little cousin just go to the gym. And i think your flaws are not that major flaws so the surgery part is not that necessary bro. If someone never said your nose is big irl its probably not that big.

As to your friend tell him to fix his hair and fix the eyebags. its a pretty bad pic distorted pic of him but both of you look normal and average and both of you can slay girls your age.
