Friends are making me spend my time for nothing

I have an online friend that I play rust with, I spent with him like my whole day, I don't even like rust that much it's laggy, etc yk, I'm playing it more for him, like if I wouldn't play that game I would have so much free time like for example I started playing chess and I like it,I failed a class too so I have to study for it, I would workout too but idk man I hate the felling of being alone
