My friend was put on doxycycline by his dermatologist but he got bad side-effects and he has 40 capsules left out of the 60 he was given would I be able to take it or are they made for individual people?

You can take it, there's nothing 'individual' about it. It's a widely used drug, it's the same everywhere

You’d be better off using tretinoin or accutane if you have acne.

I don’t take it because most of the bacteria in your body is actually really important for your health. Here’s what works for me: Facial scrub with salycilic acid in the shower twice a day, tretinoin on face before bed every night. Controls 80% of my acne.

If your acne is REALLY bad, then definitely get accutane, if it's only mild, Tretinoin once every couple of days should be enough to cure it.

Not sure what you mean, it’s RX only where I live. Gotta ask your doc. I use the .01% but start out at a lower concentration while your skin adjusts.

This isn’t skin care, this is an over-marketed crap.

You will be putting this shit on your skin day after day until you are dead and it won’t make any noticeable difference.

If you have severe acne, you need a medication like accutane or tretinoin.

The equivalent would be buying a spider-man branded band aid from a drug store for an amputate limb, instead of going to a doctor.

Antibiotics are the biggest cope for acne, it’s what all the NHS GPs prescribe knowing full well it won’t do shit.

Accutane cured my cystic acne, no sides, just some dry lips. Wish I did it sooner as I would be less scared
