What does she say to you and how do you know she finds you repulsive

Ive shrinked in height due to not sleeping for a year (sleeping late) and not excercising for the last many months, atleast 2 inches minimum, im slowly gaining back (not first time) but she noticed, so i became repulsive to her due to my height.

(i used to tower over her by3 inches now i barely tower over her, maybe half an inch, i feel short.

people i k ow have asked my if ive became taller to help me cope, but a guy i know who is always real and we talk looksmaxxing asked me if i shrinked cuz he had the same problem, he lost 2cm i lost 5 and 1 inch is 2.5 cm so its important tbh

As for gym im thinking of buying archery stuff, swimming and running, i dont mean to build muslces but strength and endurance which goes along way in life
