If it’s a big friend group and you tryna switch it up, start with getting close with the side characters go out with them, do some fun/crazy shit, explore new places and post it so it looks like y’all really having a good time. Build your own vibe instead of chasing the main group, and over time you’ll become the main character don’t forget to make separate GC and don’t include the ones who weren’t inviting you.
