That's why I treat my friends like tools to be used for status and women. I make sure I'm at the top of the hierarchy, the alpha of the pack, the male of the group. Life is a competition, the only meaning that can be derived from it is victory. Yep most people are not struggling this hard to make friends later in life. Doubt most are close friends with anyone from childhood but they still don't have trouble making new connections

Yeah but if you're even slightly ND even if you're mostly normal it makes fitting in with normies almost impossible. At my last job there was a guy shorter than me, uglier, and 300 pounds who had a loving girlfriend and a good friend group. Meanwhile I'm 6'0", 180 pounds gymmaxxed, and a 5/10 in looks and am still an incel in my 20s with no social life. People really underestimate how much of a factor being NT/ ND can be. I don't even view myself as that odd or having poor social skills, but it's almost impossible to fit in anywhere.
