There's no such thing as friendship. Every interaction is transactional. People always want something from of you. Whether it be free lifts or an emotional tampon. People have motives. You're a tool in their life. Once you're no longer of any use, they'll discard of you.

The moment your 'friends' get a girlfriend. They'll drop you like a bag of potatoes. Men are constantly competing against each other. Only those who're in a position of privilege can benefit by having friends, because they aren't living in a cortisol fuelled, competitive survival mode lifestyle, living paycheck to paycheck like your average pleb.

Even that chart is wrong.

JFL if you're getting 6 hours of sleep a night.

You need at least 9.

Remember that you are getting this perspective from a tightly regulated slave system that only allots you a tiny amount of time to spend with people therefore, people will start to view social relationships as transactional with the view of 'how is this going to benefit me in the end'.

Primordial cultures did and still do not operate like this. There is no perception of a 'time crunch' when participating in social relations. Hunting and fishing is a social activity, foraging for berries is a social activity, building huts and homes is a social activity.

The seperation between work and play is a very new concept which is why modern relationships are so strained and damaging. It was not always like this.

Absolutely not true

You never had real friends

7-10 hours is the most ideal/reasonable within the average person's schedule, anything below is too little and anything above is overkill.
