doing martial arts 3x a week + manual labor
I was eating
7:00 - 3 eggs + 2slices of bread + 500ml of milk with chocolate
12:00 - smashed potatos + rice + beans + 150g of low fat meat
18:00 - smashed potatos + rice + beans + 150g of low fat meat
21:00 - 500ml of milk + 1 banana + dose of whey protein + 2 oranges
it worked fine for me bros, I was feeling full no problem
