It’s so fascinating to me that we live in such a backwards world. Women can get away with rationalizing murdering babies when all they have to do is not have sex, on the other hand from a logical perspective if a young man were to ask his parents to pay for his own cosmetic procedure to further himself ahead in all aspects, this is seen as wrong, selfish and not the responsibility of the parents. What a fucking backwards world we live in.
I want to add something even further, I have a friend who is blind, the procedure to allow him to somewhat see again is 100K-150K but his parents can’t afford. Now this would be an unbeatable situation if the parents were not in the USA, but they are in the states and I’m sure if they planned it out, they could save that much money. The selfishness and lack of accountability from the human race fuels a series of mental gymnastics that will eventually lead to even bigger problems.
It is the parents that decided to fuck and have fun, then proceed to have kids. They are supposed to be responsible for the child until death, since it’s their own creation.
Personally I will be paying for all my future cosmetic procedures and have been paying for the ones in the recent past. But I do feel my parents do these series of mental gymnastics themselves, in order to avoid any sort of accountability, growing up my mother wouldn’t let me sleep, she fed me a lot of soy, which led to some problems for me. Though she denies any role in creating these issues and lacks accountability.
The best thing that can be done is cutting these type of tyrants/vampires out of one’s life.
Even in many religious texts, it is very much emphasized how the lack of human accountability leads to the overall suffering of man kind. What is the chain of thinking humans take to avoid responsibility of their actions when it comes to certain things? Is responsibility only classified for certain things? Therefore that would mean humans actually don’t use logic to take responsibility but rather a form of pre-trained etiquette to only take accountability of certain actions.
