I used to be a high level athlete in cheer/tumbling with high skill high power flips, then got the worst case of mono my doctor had seen in over a decade at the end of july. After multiple hospitalizations especially in september, an emergency tonsilectomy in december, and a liter of blood lost from secondary hemorrhages from the tonsilectomy into early january, I thought ascension was over for me. Well, my newly created protocol of 6 hydroxycuts (132.5 mg caffeine per pill), 5 scoops of gold standard whey, 10g creatine, 2 doses of the full amino panel plus protein liquid collagen, llysine, and a multivitamin with a push/pull/legs x2 weekly training, abs daily, and significant low speed high incline time on the treadmill, this has been my one month progress back to what I believe can become my new best. What do you guys think? Do you guys have suggestions on how to refine this protocol? Progress rating? I appreciate any thoughts
