it's just got the looks of a somewhat failed hair transplant. As someone who wants one, i've seen like 10 thousand pics lol. Temples have all gone and sparse hair at the front like that yet still a fairly clear border on the hairline without much recession in the corners. Texture too. It just looks like a transplant.
