From Fraud to Hardmaxx

The first pic is me at the worst i‘ve looked years ago. The following three pics are the best i’ve looked After frauemaxxing last summer. I do not look like this but i achieved it by growing out my hair, blue eye contacts and debloating/losing weight. My question is could i achieve the second look unfrauded by undergoing surgery like Double Jaw Surgery to harmonize my asymmetrical face and perhaps some sort of Eye color surgery to get realistic looking blue eyes permanently? Leanmaxxing would obviously be included but i‘m interested in your opinion on my Potential/If These Surgeries could make me look like that unfrauded.

I meant more as in the obvious eye contacts and the angularity of my face due to angles

Great ascension. You are significantly more attractive now. You have some additional work to do; lower your body fat percentage some more. Other than that, I am proud.
