theoretically if you have a chad eye area already but are absolutely covered in fat

then u cut down to 5%bf, have extra skin removed, then hardmax your jaw and maxilla completely new with implants and everything, MARPE braces etc.

Often time mtn easily, sometimes htn. Cl is more rare.
It depends if you are softmaxxed before/after etc, but overall if you do it correctly from ltn to mtn is possible for a lot of people except oldcels
