Im gonna stil get the surgery as im living in Romania and I get bullied because of it and even if it would look uncanny i would still look better like that than with monolids.

Not at all, you don't have to be stuck in Romania your whole life. Also it isn't your eyes that are the problem, if a chadlite had monolid eyes he wouldn't get mocked for it, or at least wouldn't care about getting mocked for it
