Yea I’d say that and your eyes are your weakest features. Your eyes color is good and they only have slight negative canthal tilt, but your have massive dark circles that make you look super tired and you have UEE. I would suggest eyelash curling to deal with the UEE and then getting enough sleep plus starting a skincare routine including vitamin c to lighten up the skin around your eye area.
