Philtrum is not that big of a deal imo. I think the issue is more so your thin lips but I would be careful about doing anything about it. You look a little metrosexual due to your eye area and grooming so lip fillers might accentuate that.

Hair transplants is not a good option. If you can keep it from going bald, then do that. You won't get the same density as your natural hair.

I am waiting for my next HT because my 1st HT looks a little thin. I have to use hair fibers to fraud density. Just get on fin now before it's too late. I wish I knew about fin when I was your age.

You can do it without shaving it, but it costs more. Most surgeons won't perform work on anyone below the age of 25.

It's good that you are on fin. Try implementing some microneedling and minoxidil to see if you can get some regrowth.

i’ve tried minox had a very hard time getting it onto my scalp i just ended up massaging it but it felt like it got on my hair more and made it sticky rather then get onto my scalp.
