(0 bonemass, non exsistent zygo, avarage clavs, 30 inch waist)
Growing up, I was always one of the tallest kids in class, yet I was the youngest—a genetic advantage, or so I thought. Until I hit 10, I looked well-developed for my age. Then, COVID happened.
Everything fell apart.
I spent 10+ hours a day gaming, barely eating anything, and by the time in-person school resumed, I was skinny as hell. I was 178 cm (5'10") and only 48 kg (106 lbs)—literally a stick figure. Diet? Non-existent. I lived off pizza, spaghetti, and cereal.
At the start of 8th grade, I decided to apply to military school. I started doing push-ups daily, going from 0 to 30-40 reps, but I was still a twig. Somehow, I got accepted.
That summer, I went full "dirty bulk" mode. Everyone told me I needed to gain weight, so I took it to the extreme:
Drinking 2-3L of regular milk per day
Eating 5000-6000 calories daily (yes, I tracked it)
Eating tons of salami and other high-calorie junk
By the time school started, I was 75 kg (165 lbs)—but with zero muscle. I looked bloated, puffy, and soft. I could only do 2 pushup again.
One day, my roommate—who was jacked—invited me to the gym. That’s when I realized: I had all this weight but no real strength or definition.
Problem? The military school had awful food.
I was starving, exhausted, and looked terrible. People either hated me because of my looks (tall, blue eyes, blonde hair, dark eyebrows), or they just thought I was weird.
That’s when I first discovered looksmaxing.
I eventually left the military school for another one that paid better. This was my real glow-up era.
I started taking gym seriously and actually ate enough to gain muscle properly. By the time I turned 15, I was 180 cm and 67 kg (leaner, but still growing).
But then I started noticing problems with my face:
I went to a dentist about my jaw. They told me to pull my canine teeth, but I refused because I didn’t want to mess up my facial structure. Then I went to a cosmetician for my acne… big mistake. She popped all my pimples, leaving me with acne scars.
Despite all this, I was still getting attention. Some girls even approached me on the street for my Instagram. But I knew I could look better.
Summer came, and I bulked up again—this time to 81 kg. My diet was better, but I was still drinking 1-2L of raw milk daily and consuming seed oils without knowing how bad they were.
By December, I went full biohacker mode:
But I still wasn't satisfied. I needed to optimize everything to reach my CL (Chad-Lite) potential.
Even after going all-in on self-improvement, something was off. I was putting in 200% effort but getting 0 results.
I went from 81 kg → 76 kg, but my face still looked bloated at times. Why? Maybe my hormones were off from over-supplementing? Maybe the sleep deprivation finally caught up to me?
Now, I’m rebuilding smarter:
Fixing my diet – No more extreme bulking/cutting, just clean, consistent eating
Optimizing sleep – No more 5-6 hour nights, aiming for 7-9 hours
Training heavier & smarter – Focusing on progressive overload & recovery
Fine-tuning my supplement stack

The Military School Phase

The Gym Awakening – The First Glow-Up
One day, my roommate—who was jacked—invited me to the gym. That’s when I realized: I had all this weight but no real strength or definition.
Problem? The military school had awful food.
- I was eating only 70g of protein per day, sometimes even less
- Some days, I had to fast for 24+ hours just to afford a KFC meal
- I was running on 1000-1500 calories daily after bulking so hard
- On top of that, I was sleeping only 5-6 hours per night because my roommates wouldn't shut up
I was starving, exhausted, and looked terrible. People either hated me because of my looks (tall, blue eyes, blonde hair, dark eyebrows), or they just thought I was weird.
That’s when I first discovered looksmaxing.
Fixing My Face – Acne, Jutting Jaw, and Hairline Struggles
I eventually left the military school for another one that paid better. This was my real glow-up era.
I started taking gym seriously and actually ate enough to gain muscle properly. By the time I turned 15, I was 180 cm and 67 kg (leaner, but still growing).
But then I started noticing problems with my face:
- I had an overbite. Found about jutting on my own so I looked better.
- My acne was severe, completely covering my face
- My hairline was slightly receding—not super noticeable, but enough for me to freak out (Norwood 2)
I went to a dentist about my jaw. They told me to pull my canine teeth, but I refused because I didn’t want to mess up my facial structure. Then I went to a cosmetician for my acne… big mistake. She popped all my pimples, leaving me with acne scars.
The Looksmaxing Overdrive – Full Self-Improvement Mode
Despite all this, I was still getting attention. Some girls even approached me on the street for my Instagram. But I knew I could look better.
Summer came, and I bulked up again—this time to 81 kg. My diet was better, but I was still drinking 1-2L of raw milk daily and consuming seed oils without knowing how bad they were.
By December, I went full biohacker mode:
- Stopped semen retention (it was killing my libido and sperm count)
- Started investing in high-quality food (red meat, fruits, clean carbs)
- Took a ton of supplements
- Started using minoxidil for my hairline
But I still wasn't satisfied. I needed to optimize everything to reach my CL (Chad-Lite) potential.
The Unexpected Crash – Why Do I Look Worse?
Even after going all-in on self-improvement, something was off. I was putting in 200% effort but getting 0 results.
- I looked older—like I aged 2 years overnight
- My face structure seemed weaker, not stronger
- My body composition wasn’t improving as fast as I expected
I went from 81 kg → 76 kg, but my face still looked bloated at times. Why? Maybe my hormones were off from over-supplementing? Maybe the sleep deprivation finally caught up to me?
Now, I’m rebuilding smarter:

My Current Supplement Stack (March 2025)

- Magnesium (3 caps/day) – Recovery & sleep
- Zinc (3 caps/day) – Testosterone & acne
- B Vitamins (1 cap/day) – Energy & metabolism
- Omega-3 (3 caps/day) – Skin, hair, joints
- D3 + K2 (2 caps/day) (8000) – Bone & hormone health

- Maca (1 cap/day) – Libido & mood
- Thyroid Support (2 caps/day) – Metabolism boost
- B5 (1 cap/day) – Skin & adrenal health
- Creatine (5g/day) – Strength & recovery

- Glucosamine + Chondroitin + MSM (2 caps/day) – Being taller
- Collagen (Replacing with Glycine + Gelatin soon) – Skin & connective tissue
- MK-677 (Nighttime dose) – GH boost, sleep optimization, recovery (soon)

- Minoxidil (daily application) – Slowing hairline recession
- Bakuchiol (topical) – Acne & skin repair
- Derma Stamp + CO2 Laser (weekly treatments) – Acne scar reduction
My theory is:
- MK-677 → Better Sleep → More Hormones
- MK-677 increases growth hormone (GH) and IGF-1, which are key for muscle growth, fat loss, and bone density.
- Better sleep also raises natural testosterone, which helps with muscle building, recovery, and bone structure.
- Glycine + Gelatin → Collagen Boost
- Glycine is a major amino acid in collagen synthesis, which supports skin, joints, and even facial bone mass.
- If GH/IGF-1 levels are high (from MK-677), collagen production could increase, improving bone structure, skin quality, and recovery.
- Derma Stamping + CO2 Laser + Bakuchiol → Skin & Facial Aesthetics
- Derma stamping and CO2 laser stimulate collagen production, helping with acne scars, skin texture, and even potential facial remodeling.
- Bakuchiol acts as a gentler retinol alternative, reducing acne and improving skin quality without irritation.
- Theoretical Height & Bone Mass Increase
- GH and IGF-1 play a role in bone growth, but after puberty, they mainly increase bone density, not height (unless growth plates are still open).
- However, stronger bone mass and facial structure could improve aesthetics, making features more defined and masculine.
i hope you found intreresting gpt helped with get the shit together
