From subhuman to mtn to sub 5 (imo)

Timeline is as follows:

Lost a lot of weight with just cardio, found out I had stage one gyno so I had surgery asap, more cardio and slight lifting after recovery, now iam doing body recomp but I at the same time iam not eating at a calorie deficit so iam just gaining muscle without burning enough fat to RECOMP (I Feel like shit, but I think this is probably the best thing I could do at the moment)


If you have any advice I would be grateful, but no surgery/hardmaxxing, I dont what to get into that shit

Shit I used to even feel that way too, but I wasn't happy with the way I looked, skinny fat galore, so I started working out, iam gaining muscle pretty fast so that feels sweet, but I dont know how id feel after the newbie gains subside

You can have all "the bitches" I don't really care for them, right now iam invested into bettering myself (Body and mind), as I said you have cool eyes, but I like mine more

You see its not that simple, Your facial features aren't 1 of 1, you are a collage of mixed features going back to your great great ancestors, it happens that in my case my face closely resemble's my mothers face, we look extremely similar (Of course we would, i'am her son after all),

but one feature stands out to me, my eyes, both my eyes look different they aren't symmetrical, but here's the thing, my left eye is a carbon copy of my moms eyes, while my right eye is a carbon copy of my fathers eyes,


I would never give up or even consider giving up that small little trait, because every time I look at my face I remember both of them and giving that up for "chad eyes" is in my eyes not worth it

Helpful information:
- 5'8, my father is 5'11 and my mother is 5'5, (I ended up directly in the middle :D)
- 77 kg as of today, (I was at a stable 75 kg 2 weeks ago before I started lifting consistently)
- 18 years old
- I have a pretty wide frame, I have a pretty slim waist but its currently hidden by FAT

My training schedule is as follows:
I only have dumbbells at the moment and a makeshift bench, I will incorporate a better pull day with due time, but currently this is the best I can do, and occurs have progressive overload in mind

Push day:
Flat Dumbbell Bench Press – 3x8-12
Incline Dumbbell Press – 3x8–12
Dumbbell Overhead Press – 3x8–12
Overhead Triceps Extensions – 3x8–12
Skull Crushers (on table) – 3x8–12
Lateral Raises – 3–4x15–20
Decline Pushups - 3x12



pull day:
Dumbbell Romanian Deadlifts – 3–4x8–12
Dumbbell Bent-Over Rows – 4x8–12
Dumbbell Pullovers – 3x10–15
Reverse Flys or Rear Delt Raises – 4x15–20
Hammer Curls – 3x10–12
Dumbbell Curls – 3x10–12




Leg day
Goblet Squats – 3x8–12
Dumbbell Step-Ups – 3x8–12 per leg
Bulgarian Split Squats or Dumbbell Hip Thrusts – 3x8–12
Dumbbell Hamstring Curls or Glute Bridges – 3x12–15
Calf Raises – 5x8–12

I do sprint intervals every 2 days, helps me think and destress

My diet is pretty bad at the moment, but Iam working things out.

although brutal height man hows ur dad 5’11 and your mum 5’5 which is pretty tall for the average ethnic woman and ur pretty much hard stuck 5’8 deffo didnt maximise your growth potential and it may be too late, my mums 5’2 and dads 5’8 and brothers 5’9 yet i grew to a strong 6’0

I dont know man, fate I guess, I look like a male version of my mother lmao, so I was destined from the beginning to be more like her rather than my father, I was also short af as a child, I'am just happy that I grew to a solid 5'8 rather than 5'5 lmao

also who know's ive only had 1 growth spurt up to this point I might have another one and grow to a 6'2 chad (Please let me live in my delusions)

you can't have everything, but you have to make the best out of your situation
